What to Bring

• A list of your medications and/ or supplements 
• Any radiological examination (within past 2 years)
• Your payment method of choice: credit, debit or cash

Health History

Our chiropractor will then review the forms you filled out upon arrival and any other concerns you may have regarding your health. 

Physical Exam

A physical examination, also known as a chiropractic assessment will be performed to determine the specific areas in your spine that require adjustment. 

A supplementary examinations may be required, such as a radiological examination. 

Report of findings

Our chiropractor will explain what she found in your physical exam, and how chiropractic treatment can help. 

Treatment

After this, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
